Leverage Dance Theater is pleased to announce its second Interactive Laboratory for Audiences and Dancers. This event will take place on Sunday, March 16 at 12:00 p.m. in the sanctuary of Hope United Church of Christ at the South East corner of Francis Park.

While learning about the dance-making process audience members will be guided in choosing from a “dance menu”. The dancers will in turn develop material, in real time, inspired by the audience’s choices. While the development process unfolds a discussion will be led by Leverage Artistic Director, Diana Barrios and Hope Pastor, Sarah McCann.

Movements and ideas generated during the event will be incorporated into a concert to be presented by Leverage Dance Theater at Hope May 2, 3, 9 & 10, Refractions of Being.
